Who is the best all around player (by all around I mean they play green room games, they play tournaments, and like the DCC or Tunica, they play banks, one pocket, and 10 ball)
anyway, for the following age groups

10-20
20-30
30-40
40-50
50-60 Efren tough, because earl is 52
60-70 Parica
70-80

Not sure there are any active players who are 80 and over, but if they are please feel free to include them.

I think Alex is the best all-around player in the world, so he's the best IMO in whatever age group he falls into.

I think

10-20 Efren when he was 19
20-30 Efren when he was 29
30-40 Efren when he was 35
40-50 Efren when he was 41
50-60 Efren when he was 51
Are you getting the pattern?

Is that cheating?

Yes.

Please just choose one player for each age bracket.

I would have done 1-10, but I didn't want that one kid whose dad forces him to get up there and do lame trick shots to win (pool prodigy or something like that)

I think

10-20 Efren when he was 19
20-30 Efren when he was 29
30-40 Efren when he was 35
40-50 Efren when he was 41
50-60 Efren when he was 51
Are you getting the pattern?

Is that cheating?

My initial thoughts:

10-19: Landon Shuffett
20-29: SVB
30-39: Alex Pagulayan
40-49: Johnny Archer
50-59: Efren
60+ : Parica

I don't think Archer is really a great all around player. More of a rotation specialist with some skill in straight pool. Not saying he couldn't be, but he doesn't seem to like the other games. Other than Ralf Souqet, there isn't anyone else I could think of that is an elite level player. Nod to Dennis Hatch in that age group, but he doesn't play enough to be included IMO.

Also, Shane turns 30 this summer, so that would change the standings in about a month or so.

Bustamante turns 50 in December. But for now, he might give Johny Archer a run for the 40-49 category.

....

Since you guys include non american players, its strange that you even consider L. Shuffet there. I am sure he is a good player, but here he should be replaced with:

category 10-19 Random Chinese / Taiwanese Killer

10-19 - wan can/ko ping chun (ko pin yis brother)
20-29 - SVB (he'll only be in this category for another 2 weeks :P)/Ko Pin Yi
30-39 - Alex Pagulayan/Darren Appleton/ Chang Jun Lin/Ronnie Alcano/Dennis Orcollo
40-49 - Francisco Bustamante
50+ - Efren Reyes

I completely forgot to add Dennis Orcollo to the 30-39 category

I think Landon is a strong candidate. Bring on the random guy to beat him if you have doubts?

You can only have one person Salted, your 30-39 has 5 and 10-19 has 2
