best pool halls in dallas/fort Worth area

I will be in the Dallas fort Worth area from dec. 21st thru the 27th. And would like to get out and play every evening. And am looking for the best places to play. (Best equipment, food. Etc. Thanks in advance for everyone's help :) also looking for what nite there are tourneys in the area.

There was a Dallas thread just a few weeks ago. There have been several more in the last 1-2 years. Search for those and you should find some good suggestions.
 
So are there any weekly pool tourneys in the dfw area. And best places to play please. Thanks For any help.
 
I've heard Wizard's Sports Cafe recommended, though I haven't been there yet. Billiard Den seems pretty good. I often play at Rack Daddy's (which i prefer because it's blissfully smoke free). They have quite a few 8ft tables and 5 9ft tables; 2 of which are reserved for a particular group of players only who pay to maintain those tables. No food there.

ps - I haven't been to one in a while, but Fox and Hound used to have decent tables. They don't really have that pool hall vibe, though, but decent bar food and drinks.

Volcanoes in Euless has tournaments fri and sat nights. Cj, and buddy hall was playing there, tj davis. . Good tournament.

7, 8, or 9 foot tables. What are you looking to play on? What game do you like? It matters more in Dallas than almost anywhere else
