Best pools halls in Vegas?

I think Sharks has 1 diamond table. Cue Club has some tight tables. I think Cue Club is on Sahara.

Mickey's at Eastern and Warm Springs has all Diamonds, great atmosphere, and the best eye candy.

10 mins from the Mirage. 15 S -> 215 E -> Warm Springs, left at the light, go about a mile.

Cue Club is definitely closer but is much more run down with more questionable tables.

Mickey's even has in the same shopping center a 24-hour taco shop for when you get hungry at 3am after playing for 12 hours.

if you're looking for $$ action, cue club would be better, but hell if you'll find me hanging out there past 11pm or so...

I'm not a vegas resident, so I can't comment as well as one, but the times I've been to the Vegas Cue Club on Sahara, its been great. Very tight shimmed CG's. Very fair. Plus, one of the best Thai restaurants next door. I'll check out the other place though, especially for the eye candy.

Pool Sharks has 2 Diamond 9ft ProAms, the rest of the 9fts are Globals:smile:

Mickey's has Brunswick GC3's as well plus 11 7ft Diamond ProAms and 5 9ft Diamond ProAms, but the majority of the 9ft's are Brunswick's.

The Cue Club has 4 Diamond 7ft bar tables, I'm surprised you missed them when you were there last, I installed them about 6 months ago;) The GC's are recovered by Ernesto Dominguez, so they're well taken care of too:smile:

Thanks for the correction. I always seem to get on a Diamond when I'm there. But yeah now that I think about it the tables to the right as you enter are Diamond 9ft and to the left must be the GCs or the Diamond 7fts.

Still, for the OP, unless you're looking for $$ action from questionable types, Mickey's is the place to go.

Where at and which one(s) do you recommend? Thanks.

i didn't see your post, here is a little info that i hope helps:

Pool Sharks and Cue Club have the best $ action. Many people say Cue Club is not so safe late-night, but personally i have never seen any problem. And especially when tournaments are in town, Cue Club has the best worldwide players there.

Pool Sharks - monday nite open (9)
Cue Club - tuesday nite open (9)
both have really great players.

Mickey's - great neighborhood place - wednesday (9)

Rum Runner (topicana) - hit or miss for enough players on saturday nite (in summer), but great food anyway and can find a game.

The Brewery - saturday night - 2 barboxes - but decent competition and good food, a fun night.

never been, but hear The Gin Mill is also a good local place with tournaments on saturday and sunday.

hope this helps. also rocket354 may be able to give you more info here in vegas.
