I have probably played less than 10 times in two years. I want to start playing again. I have at around 3 hours a day to dedicate to pool. I tried to start again about a week ago and had too much movement in my stance and stroking arm. This frustrated me and now I want to try a dedicated routine. Maybe practicing the 9 ball ghost for 1 hour, 10 ball ghost for 1 hour and then shot making. I was never a super strong player but I could beat the 10 ball ghost pretty easy when I practiced alot. I have some people barking at me and I want to make a comeback just to shut them up. I have about 3 months before I see them again. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
