Best Saw Machine Ever!!!!!!

Man you guys have to check out the new 4 headed saw machine that bludworth is putting together for me. It is awesome! The blades are mounted under the table and retract when changing out shafts or butts. I have used his 2 headed manually controlled machine before and it is a great machine but this thing just blows it away. Any shaft or butt taper you want and no time flat. No messing with patterns and getting everything set up, just program the machine and bam! it's done. I will see if blud can post some pictures of it on here to make you guys drool. I don't mean to brag I am just EXCITED about this machine. It will be so nice to just say "Oh you want a 11mm shaft with a 20inch pro taper (not really) ok let me just open up the software, click click click ok there you go, drop in a shaft cut it, done. No more messing with taper bars and patterns and test cuts. Man I cant wait.

LOL, Yeah, that would be something huh More likely he'll probably have a taper in every flavor. Can't say I don't envy him, I just got off 4 days of manual tapering 1 piece at a time Myself. Boy, sure would be nice. I'm drooling like a coyote staring down a wabbit .

Hi Joey, the machine your showing works great, and is a design I came with about 20 years back.
Now I've designed a new one that the blades are under the machine, laying over the top of the blades are the butts or shafts or handles.Will post pictures later on. Got 4 of these to build, for customers. Just developed it and sales are going through the roof.

McDermott cue is getting the first one.

About time to make some dough. been nursing Janice for almost 15 month's now without working much.

Also got a new CNC 4 axis, single head [ one spindle] coming out witnin 4 to 6 weeks. Should sell in the 13 to 14k range. It can also have a cnc saw attachment for a couple more grand. Square rails, great controler, servos, the works. Will have a full description later on.

Chris, Im sure that you will be very happy with that machine. I was there at Bluds about 6 weeks ago and saw his design for the cnc 4 blade shaft and butt machine.. It looks like a winner! You can be sure that when i save up a few more pennies it will be my next purchase. I have his 2 headed cnc pocket and parts cutter. Sir Blud builds some excellent machines.
