Best shaft cleaner???

I use rain-x. Try it, you might be surpised at the results. It doesn't get the deep down chalk from over the years off, but it gets recent chalk off and leaves a nice slick finish.

Do you know of any similar product to the ME, that works the same way? I've never found any store in my country that sells ME and ordering all the way from the states seem a little overkill.

Vileda Miraclean looks like working the same way?
Soft Scrub.

You guys just gave me a great idea

This Magc Eraser you talk about is the exact same thing we use to clean counters at a convenience store I work part time on the weekends. We get it in bulk commercial use boxes by another name and as soon as a pad gets a little deformed or worn out, they toss it because the edges aren't flat any more. I will start collecting the discarded ones and cutting away the bad part and keeping yjr good for players at the local hang who want to clean their shafts..... for free. Recycling !

I know that it doesn't need to be wet, just very lightly damp to work well and removes even permanent ink from counters. I didn't know about using these until this thread. Thanks.

For shaft burnishing the Q-Wiz is the best option I think is out there. I let people use mine and they want to buy it or ask where to get one.

That is really nice of you man! And yep, the Q-Wiz is great. I also have borrowed it to people only to have them buy it from me. I think I may have to stock up on those babies!:p
