Looking into what it would take($$) to do......

"Dr. Billiard's Traveling Trick Shot Show"
in malls to help expose billiards arts and games to the masses.

So the first thing to consider would be the table.

9 Foot
Easy to setup
Easy to transport
Quality enough to do tricks and demos of.

It's got to go thru a lot of rough travel time in a truck.

Outside needs to be very durable.
Diamond 9' one piece slate with a special nylon skin?

Now if I can only get diamond to sponsor the table and......
get local pool room owners to chip in.
Maybe some cue and ball sponsorship?
Plus the cost of the pro, hotel and expenses.

I'll have to ask my Dad for the money.

Question: why do you capitalize every word in all of your posts? Maybe it's just me but I find that makes your posts unreadable. I'm sure you have good info to share so why not just write sentences with correct use of upper case letters?

Sorry, it's just a habit from my memo days of writing quick notes so that people will read them.

Sought of like "Half Shouting" but no ALL LARGE CAPS.

I'll start using more quotes like above when I want to emphasize a point.

Better than the people who put all their words into one paragraph.

Thanks for the advice.

Rent the table city to city. They set up and take down and you save a ton not lugging a 9' table around.

If I was going to rent from a local billiard supply store I think I would buy the table and the take the tax write off by donating the table to a local youth group or community center. It would take a lot of lining up with the centers that would want the table, if they would want a table at all.

My advice would be to go out and secure at least 6 locations in writing that would be willing to pay you for these trick shot exhibitions....first, in order to show you can back your end of this business deal.

My question is, who are you? I know you're not Mike Massey, and he wouldn't attempt this business plan, and he's one of the greatest trickshot artists there is.
