Betting @ DCC

An article I read stated that betting was legal between two people at the DCC b/c Kentucky allow such betting.

Does anyone know if betting between two people is allowed by law in Florida?

I believe it is legal in FL. One of the all time action rooms (Baker's) was right across from the Tampa Police Station for years. Johnnyt

I believe player A and player B can bet who will win because they are betting on their skill, but no third party bets can be made because the outcome who will win is luck whereas each player believes they will win.
I think that makes sense.

Calcuttas are legal in Florida and Texas if only the players participate. Any non-player bets are illegal.
