You are lying here. Ebay would not have issued a refund if the tracking had showed it had been delevered as you claim.
---> as you see in original post, tracking works. You can see 2nd document who proves delivered.
Furthermore.... This website/forum is in the UNITED STATES! So if you going to try and provide proof you may want to consider doing so in a language that we actually understand. .---> If you not understand, use translation. This is official document, I cannot change language, to make fake document
And why bother to list the item on the US Ebay site to begin with? There are Ebay sites that are in Europe, no? ---> you can list even ebay site as you prefer. Item listed location Portugal.

I just tell you one thing: I have many buys from US shops and stores. I´m not cuemaker or know all about cues. I just collect. I bought many itens from Joerackem, Gary, nsafellow, pooldawg, ... Why they sent me fake itens?
Otherwise, If buyer not happy, just told... but not told.. simply opened non delivered claim

So far, they provided all the documents showing that they did nothing wrong. Please show ANYTHING beside your verbal accusations, that shows Mike is in a wrong here.

I'm sorry if there is a slight language barrier here so let me make this as clear as I can for you.
Ebay would not under any circumstances issue a refund for an item that wasn't delivered if it was in fact delivered. So there's something not right with your story. Perhaps you didn't give Mike/Ebay the correct tracking info?

The information/tracking number was bogus. That's why Ebay issued the refund. Btw thank you for bringing this to my attention Tom, I might have totally missed this post as I almost never make time to go on here any longer. Btw it's 22 years we've known each other. Anytime he wants to pay the return shipping I will send it back with the real tracking number for all the see.
