Big money match scotch doubles

I'd love to see some big money tar type match but with doubles. I think it would be very interesting to find out the best partners in the world. In a perfect world it would be set up with a series of matches to see which two guys are the best team. I know they have a world doubles tournament already I think the World Cup of Pool and i enjoy watching it but I'm talking strictly gambling heads up matches like long races.

I wonder which two partners would take the cheese

In their primes they were equal or better than any other team. They have many compatible traits like strong mental games n positive personalities on top of sheer individual talent.

Also a team with high potential imo is the Ko brothers. As far as positive n negatives of a team made up of family members I think the good far outweighs the bad. These two most likely know their partners game inside and out,strengths/weaknesses, and also have immense individual talent.

I'm sure there's many more classic and future teams and that's y I brought this up because I've never really thought about it and the upcoming tornado scotch double tourny made me think about it
 
Would love to see Shane and sky team up. Think their personalities balance each other out. Quiet big brother Shane and fun loving shooter sky.
 
IMHO, the best pair now would be any of following (regardless whether it is race to 10000 or gambling )

Niels-NVD
Darren-Karl
Mika-Petri
Efren-Buste

Dream Pairs:
Earl-Jayson
Drago-Rodney
Wu-Ko
Shane-Orcullo (though they did not fare well and crashed out early in Manila tourney some years ago losing to Centeno and her partner)
