I ordered some carbide sanding Mandrels from Tom and I just want to say that they are amazing. The fit and finish is perfection. I was in the fence due to the high cost but I am happy I did.

If you are thinking of getting these Tom is definitely the way to go. This is not a paid advertisement just a honest opinion about a great product. I have done my research on the manufacturer and he had a very good reputation. Indeed they are fantastic.
 
I got two sets from Tom a couple of months ago and they were absolutely perfect. I agree, Tom's the man for Mandrels
 
Amazing how surprised one can be when one finally stop asking for freebies/cheapies and spend their own hard earned dollars and gets a professional product to do a professional job....:D

I got a couple sets also and they are dead nuts I am having him do my pins also and they are same high quality would recommend to everyone to check his stuff out.

Tom's da man.
I just wished he'd stop making 3/8 11 with .308 minor instead of .3125.

I'm gonna have him make radials soon with a different config ( not touching the major and minor though ).

Tom also makes the best maintenance sets.
