Corey breaks dry, leaves an open table with a shot on the 1. Dennis runs out with Corey conceding the 10 ball to win the match 11-5.

He's rising to the occasion once again. Bustie has a way of getting in his opponents head and getting them rattled. He has a rep as a world beater, even though his game has slipped a notch in the last few years.
 
The cueball gets kissed into the side pocket on Busty's break. Filler takes BIH and runs out. The gloves have come off (just not the pool gloves).

Very nice runout from Busty, as he shoots the 7 in the far corner and forces the cueball all the way up table to break out the 8 and 9 beautifully. 6-3 Bustamante.
 
After looking like he was catching his stride for most of the rack, Bustamante misses a very easy 6 ball and scratches in the corner.

Filler quickly runs out to make it 6-4.
 
Busty runs all the way to the 10-ball, then misses because he's only a couple of inches off the cushion with the cueball, and still not feeling comfortable.

Filler makes the 10 to make it 6-5.

Filler plays safe after the break, gets BIH and runs out to go up 8-7. I think Busty may be out of gas.
 
I really expected this thread to be busy. In the past, this would be 20 pages of discussion. Sad.
