It's hard to believe that this post is still alive. Since it is, let me set the record straight as far as myself, Mark Griffin You shouldn't speak for Mark Griffin he may change his mind and CueSports International are concerned.

Mark and I have chosen not to post here for obvious reasons. Yes, they have nothing to say because they are in the wrong Most of the people that post here are intelligent people confirmed by the fact that you have read right through Mr. McConnell. They haven't read right through anything except what you have told them and they tend to believe you because of your position It's really not necessary for us to post anything. There's really nothing that you can say or post except to denigh what I have said here on this forum and you can't do that without telling a lie We have neither the time or energy to answer his dribble. Your Web-Site says something different, but what's new. Your Web-Site is a joke and very fraudulant anyway.

Having said that, Mr. McConnell, you are hereby permanantly banned from any CueSports International leagues or events, and yes, it is a lifetime ban.

You will never, ever play in our organization.That's so much easier than any attempt at reconcelliation

Funny, after re-reading this post, you clearly want back into the league! You mention Mark possibly changing his mind and that they should want to reconcile the situation!

OK, here is a nice strong dose of reality for you:

No person in their right mind would let you back into the league after all the BS you have posted on here.

IF anyone were to readmit you, it would be because they feel sorry for your pathetic ass.

Whether or not you were right or wrong in the beginning, you now have done enough crap on this forum alone to reasonably assume that NO ONE ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH would want to take you back. What the hell would you offer? What is it that they have to look forward to with you?

You made your bed, now you get to sleep on it. It might be a little hard to sleep with all of us standing around laughing at you, but that is what you are stuck with.

Mr. Stock is my NEW hero. Lifetime Ban pretty much says you are screwed for a long time.... Sux to be you, but I'm pretty sure you knew that before :)
 
I think the Op might think that he is getting revenge with these threads and that they somehow hurt the league.

However I think it promotes the league by showing that if you join the BCA then you don't have to deal with players like this.

Yes I'm throwing a fit because I'm right and the BCAPL is in the wrong as far as wanting me to play I can play with one of many teams when authorized by the BCAPL.

This is fully related 100% to pool. Unless you consider rules not posted in the BCAPL rule book as acceptable rules.

Dear Luxury,
These threads are written to notify anyone that reads them about the BCAPL and it's operators immoral and unethical tactics. As far as players like this is concerned I would rather play with some like me who respects the rules of play enought to not attemp to change anyone of them.

Mr. McConnell,

Your local league representative has the authority to bar people from their divisions. That measure was taken due to, if my memory serves me, your disregard for their local bylaw(s). Many people disagree with things every day, but in this case it was apparently done to such an extent that your pressence was then deemed unwanted from then on. In going to the head of the league, you show a further disregard for the local operator, their rules and their decisions. Whether or not you believe you are right, you were incorrect in your past actions and your further pursuit of such changes only serve to reinforce the original decision. I hope that you understand this, accept this and attempt to change your behaviour for your own well-being.

The LO has no authority without the consent of the BCAPL. They cannot bar anyome from becoming a member. There are no local bylaw(s) written. I was only present on two nights to acquire signatures on a petition to make the LO recognize the rights of the smoking members of the league who were outside while the original vote was taken without any notification. The LO had no right to establish her rules, see the advertisment on the BCAPL website. My past actions were in accordence with the BCAPL's rules, that's not in violation. I did attempt to change my behavior originally by writing to Bill Stock, What a worthless venture that was.

Yes, this is a bad thing. Change one rule in a perfect set and you create the oportunity to change two more. Let a circle represent a perfect set of rules. Then cut the circle representing a rule change, you no longer have a perfect set of rules you have two corners to cut, and then three and so on with every subsequent change!

If you let a triangle represent a perfect set of rules, you could still cut it in half and have two triangles. :thumbup:

I certainly would not want a guy in our league coming around with a petition!

I can't imagine being barred from my league. Don't you think these threads are hurting your cause to ever get reinstated?
