I bet your years of playing competition would be an interesting read,,,,,,,,,,,,
Learned long ago, if you raise your kids in a pool room with adults, it's pretty inexpensive schooling....do just the opposite of idiots.
I challenge you to prove, in any format, where you played in a competitive format, competitively.Osmosis works both ways, the kids take in the bad habits more than the discipline, that is why competition play is important.
Competition play at the Academic level is governed by the WPA, where is Ishaun on the expansion effort?
If they are starting the youth programs, then education or independent education programs should be promoted at the events.
Cultural awareness I can't wait for Ishaun to say let's learn about the culture in Qatar ...
It can't just be all about pool.
I challenge you to prove, in any format, where you played in a competitive format, competitively.
Fantasyland. When I first started playing competitive pool, learning to enjoy the hot seat was a challenge.
The first challenge was learning to relax as the opponent ran out on routine shots that any player would pocket.
However my youth and pride were eating away at me as I regret the previous shot I missed and now endure watching the opponent run out.
The time in the hot seat for a 14.1 match became my meditation. I made a few attempts at sharking while seated but outgrew those habits in favor of more practice and specific practice.
My motivation back then was so high and I had no idea where all that effort would go.
Looking back pool made me think I was self employed and I took my self employment seriously.
In the workforce and academia it was clear that my billiard training had given me an enhanced focus and discipline.
I wasn't the most most talented, but if you had me compete against anyone over a long enough time I will win consistently.
The threshold to cross that skill barrier was several years of my life spent on study and discipline.
Looking back on my pool career I wish I spent more time analyzing my own matches and being proud about the small gains I made.
The old pros in the room were relentless, I had to play at their standard to survive. It took time and a lot of self study but I achieved a decent standard.
None of that happened, you know it, even your little man crush Harriman knows it, we all know it.When I first started playing competitive pool, learning to enjoy the hot seat was a challenge.

None of that has anything to do with what I quoted. You can't even stick to the same lie for 24 hours. That's what happens when your the patsy in the cover up.
Try not to be the patsy logical, its not a great role to stay in.
Definition Patsy
a person who is easily taken advantage of, especially by being cheated or blamed for something.
"there is a mischievous sparkle in his eyes that suggests he is no patsy"
Like Thorpe and drug testing, even Mario He and his out of competition testing.
Pool is about to get a lot worse with the legal violations. The rise of WPA play is the rise of legal enforcement mechanisms to correct player behavior.
All pool players must practice saying "The WPA is always right." It should be discussed at every player's meeting.

The only cover up is hiding reality from your pea-sized brain
I have no idea what you think we are discussing or arguing about. You spun a yarn about being some kind of pool hustling road player cowboy poet intellectual philosopher. I pointed out the fact that you are in fact none of those.Would you rather young boys and girls practice "dating" instead of playing "federation pool" on the weekends?
Pick a side, in the fight and stop picking on me as an individual.
I regularly post against the poor decisions of the WPA.
Pool should be more like a military service, once you achieve pro status or touring status you have to stay on the tour for at least 4 years.
Young players would have take it more serious if they knew pool was the alternative to other means of employment or development.
No more hustling, its time for the regular member hours for practice in the pool room.
"You're," when "you're the patsy in the cover up." Whatever that might mean...That's what happens when your the patsy in the cover up.

The patsies gave away the WPA, how many American players have to re evaluate their calendar because of the new rules.
SVB is no longer a federation player.
The players have a right to know why they are being told not to play in an event. The WPA needs to be more transparent about that in their explanation to the players. This letter does not do the job in explaining why. Here is a letter by the WPA teaching players they will be banned for non sanctioned play.
Dated Nov 20.
After the warning letters are the actions that cause players to lose WPA eligibility status.
SVB is the first American out. Who is next?
As for the CBSA they are giving the ACBS and the WPA extra work.
China association and Asian federation appear to be at war.
You sure?Your fantasies in the pool world are bad enough, but the idea that you could play in the corporate world outside the sheltered bubble of low level academia is laughable.
