I go to site to register, but im not making it to the credit card site, im going to billiard club network,maybe im not clicking on the right button.i click on resister,click on purchase.type in my e-mail,password,but i dont get to the credit info.

Toward the upper right hand corner of the web page is a contact button. I have found them to be very responsive to these emails. Or there is a toll-free number.

I just purchased viewing to the US OPEN and got email confirmation but when I try to get on it says I don't have authorization. I tried emailing and calling the toll free number but get no response. I would advise extreme caution when dealing with these folks.

I just got the "not authorized to view" this too - I registered a few days ago. It' just the live feed - the old stuff I can view fine.

More technical problems I guess.

I don't think they are having technical problems, according to what I've read they are only going to show around 13 matches over the week - a couple a day.

In reading another post by a BCN rep, it looks like the first match today will be live about 9:00PM eastern. It's unfortunate that they can't leave the feature table camera running continuously - bandwith issues I guess.

I too was getting the not authorized and "system doesn't support" messages, but was able to view the players meetings "live" last night with no problems. I'm fairly certain there is no live feed right now
 
Bcn news flash

Just got off the phone with Rob Sokora.Tonight it starts at 9 oclock eastern he returned my call i left on his answering machine about an hour ago,thats what i call service. i wished him well the rest of the way and hope he pulls this off this year,i know he trying, if i see him at the Dcc this year the frist drinks are on me. Good Luck Rob :)

They have the schedule up there now. I'm glad they're showing late matches - tonight it's Mika and Morro.

Hello,

The Match tonight is 9 PM ET. We will know matches for tommorrow late this evening.

I think many people have misunderstood what they are supposed to see. We are NOT broadcasting 24/7. You get only the feature matches on the TV table. However, we will likely broadcast more, but they may be without full production. No promise, stay tuned.

Alos, stay tuned to the front page News section on billiard club network for updates and changes.

I've been trying since 5:55PM (west coast) - nothing yet. I thot 9pm eastern was 6pm california time.

OK, 9:39 and I got it after logging out and logging back in. It came on after the 41 second comercial... :)

I got the stream at 9:15. Dissapointed to see Mr. Personality Jim Wych.. but.. what can you do..

As for the stream.. All I can say is, "Here we go again"..

It's like watching a slideshow of pool pictures whilst listening to someone really boring over a bad cellphone connection..

But, then again.. it's the only game in town.. Ah well..

I had a very confusing time figuring out how to actually login or register and finally purchase the product. Really inexcusable for selling something on the web. I can also never tell if I'm logged in or not. How about 3 nice big obvious buttons for LOGIN, BUY, WATCH.

Then, it's confusing to figure out to sit through the promo to get the live feed.

At least once I got through, the video quality was very good. I don't get the slideshow affect mentioned above.
