Has Anyone Heard Anything About Billy, I Have Not Been Able To Stop Thinking Of Our Friend, Or Thoughts And Prayers Are With Him And His Family For A Speedy Recovery.

I called and talked to his wife yesterday. She said he is resting but doing good and should fully recover. Good news for the big guy.
 
Good news on the full recovery...

Likely (as has happened to others) the stroke will be sort of a wake up call and he will probably end up being in better health than he was before the stroke.

That is the best possible outcome. I'm glad to hear that he is going to be OK.
 
my dad had a similar thing, i mild stroke he recovered 100%, it took some time but he did recover, Billy will be fine, they got him to the hospital fast and that is VERY important,


there is another thread here about this with a great pic of him on it.
 
A friend of Billy's who leads a pool team in Nor Cal is going to see him today or tomorrow. I see some of his teammates almost daily so if I hear anything, I'll post any news.
 
Thanks For Your Help I Have His Cell Number But Im Not Going To Call...just Dont Want To Bug His Family At The Moment

WOW Gene, I didn't expect him to be back at the pool hall already. :eek: That's great news.:D
 
I wonder if he is going to defend his title at the Dustoff that starts today?
