This is a billy Webb custom south west design it has two shafts

1-13mm shaft like new

2- 12.7 mm shaft player shaft

Little taper roll in the middle of the shaft. Very slight. Will not effect play.
Hard hitting great looking. Player. Get ready here she comes. Lol.
