Up for sale is a solid playing birdseye maple bluegrass plain jane. It hits pretty stiff and solid so it's a great player. I prefer my current playing cue to this bluegrass so I figure there's no point in keeping a plain jane.

One of the shafts has the highly sought after old westinghouse yellow micarta ferrule.

Looking for 1000 obo, will consider trades, would also consider a JB Jay Flowers tribute cash plus cash or cue etc. Pm me if interested, thanks.

Specs:
  • Solid Birdseye maple forearm and buttsleeve.
  • Butt: 15.165oz.
  • Shafts: 1 - 3.675oz., 12.6mm, triangle. 2 - 3.700oz., 12.2mm, Old Westinghouse Yellow Micarta, Layered tip.
  • Black with orange speck irish linen wrap.
  • Maple block ringwork at all 5 positions.
  • Brown phenolic joint and buttcap.
  • Tight fitting 3/8x11 pin.
  • Serial Numer is 1016 9339.
  • Cue is in great condition and straight.

This used to be my cue...this cue hit really great....shafts were turned down before I got them though.

yep the cue hits em pretty good. shafts were like that when i got it. has a pretty stiff taper so theres no problem with the diameter imo. but then again i play with thinner shafts.
 
My main player is a BEM BG, and I won't give it up for anything! Love the looks of your cue, and the weight is right......

yea its a good playing weight. the butt and shafts are in great condition too, especially for its age.
 
BEM Blue Grass

This was my cue when you got it from Cornerstone.
I had 2 new 13.1mm. full 29.5" shafts on order from Richard that I am transfering to my Player, a Cocobolo Harris.
The originals were too small for my style of play.
The rings are Kingwood & the wrap is black with brown or red spec.

to answer some questions, i dunno what type of ferrule is on the other shaft. looks to be lbm but i could be wrong. but it does look like it has a linen weave of some sort.
 
got a couple of decent offers but i havent made a decision yet. wanna see what else is out there or sell it outright. keep the offers coming guys.
