Looks like he's out of Salt Lake City but I don't know anything about the cues.

EDIT: the signature on the pic shows SLC, I assumed it was Salt Lake City but the Schuler website says Wisconsin.

Noel Mendoza also has permission from Mrs. Schuler to produce Schuler cues. I don't know where he's located.

i guess its a break cue, never heard of it either i thought maybe it was common in southwestern USA
