Yeah, well Cherry Hill and Brooklyn area are gonna get expensive kinda quick because Kevin Plank (owner of Under Armour) bought a massive chunk of land near that area and is in the process of builing it all up, near where the Under Armour building is now.
He damn near has the Sagamore Rye distillery finished.
Its good that he is gonna fix up that whole area, but it is forcing a lot of the bad element out into the county, specifically my Zip code since I can throw a rock and hit the city line.
I need to move more north in MD.
