Black Boar for sale on eBay....

The only thing I see wrong is the use of the word 'ivory'.
Because of eBay's newly adopted policy, the listing will likely be pulled.

I'd suggest that if you're interested in this cue that you contact the seller and inform him of eBay's 'no ivory' policy and have him re-word his listing.
Or just make him a cash offer and save him the bother of re-listing.
 
a little story

This cue used to be on proficient's website so it may have been refinished
by him and only one, if any, shaft is original.

The addition of the engraving on the joint may detract from the value.
 
The listing looks suspicious to me. 3 crappy pictures, lots of spelling errors. I wouldn't touch it.
 
looks like it sold for 2K. I remember once somebody posted a black boar on ebay as a B & B. Somebody sent him a message and he revised the listing to call it a black boar but I wondered how he came to possess the cue and not know it was a black boar.
