right now ive been playing with the ultimate weapon for about 18 months and i love it however i want something with a larger tip 12.5 12.75 somthing in that size. however the ultimate weapon have virtually no deflection compared to my black dot, i was thinkin about the tiger, but how low is the deflection compared to the black dot or the ultimate weapon

thanks

There are 100,000 shaft threads on AZ, please use the search function.

The Tiger shaft plays good, it is stiffer than most of the low deflection shafts, and IMO if you have a good stroke you will love it

You will find tons of comparisons of Predator, Tiger, OB, and Mezz low deflection shafts. But I dont think you will find any comparisons of the Meucci Ultimate Weapon, because very few, if any, people on these forums have one. Perhaps you can update us on your comparison when/if you purchase a competing shaft.

IMO, Predator 314-2 is the lowest deflection shaft in the 12.75mm size. I have tried the corresponding size of the other brands mentioned above. Your mileage may vary;)

yea i can see there arent many meucci lovers on this forum n you know what i cant blame ya guys, i mean the cue plays great but as far as customer service n just the cosmetic craftmanship of the cue its just damn awful. im just looking for something with a little bit bigger of a tip yet something stiffer than my black dot and even that i cant find any comparisons for the black dot to the tiger

Between the OB1, OB Classic, Tiger Ultra X, and Predator 314.2, the Tiger is the stiffest. The OB Classic being second stiffest, it plays pretty good too if you like 12.75mm shafts
