I see there is a realy nice blackboar cue on ebay.I been watching it for a few days. The pictures are pretty good looks like it has a ivory ferrule. They have it listed as a B&B cue lol. I think a pawn shop is selling it and have no idea what it is .Some one will steal this cue!!!!!

LOL...someone asked if there is a "buy it now" price...description is priceless! :p

I think the cat is out of the bag. I'm surprised someone hasn't made them an offer that they would think is too good to pass up. :)

I see one of our "former" members put a bid in. Most will recognize the name. :D :D

Both poolchady and kidshark have been bidding on a few of these choice cues.
Who is kidshark?

Starts with "S" and if he did happen to win one of those, just wait a week and it would be for sale again. :D :D

I was the high bidder for a couple of hours LOL. I can run with Shorty but I 'm not even going to try Poolchady. That would have been a sweet sleeper buy. Good luck .

I have one

I have a Black boar exactly like this one, exept it has a leather wrap. It's from the first year of production. I know it's worth alot but I'm curious how much? The cues in about 92%. If I were to put it up for sale, what the highest offer for it?

Just curious for now.

P.S. My uncle got it in 88 or 89? at the trade show.

According to a VERY NICE ebayer, we now know that this cue is a BLACK BOAR! Thank you!!! Auction Mojo

:D

I actually offered them $500 for it the first day I saw it when there were only 3 bids. I might have been slightly high on the bid and tipped them off. Oh well. /shrug

Interesting to see how high the price is going to be, my friend has an exactly matching Black Boar... but she ain't selling :p

There are a couple of low-end old school BBs that are for sale at $1500 each right now, but they have ivory inlays and veneers in the points. This particular cue is really plain-Jane... I have to say that it might be worth $900 or $1000, but above that, I think a person would be overpaying, as they would not be too far from being able to buy the veneered version....

So Far, So Good....

....but I'd be willing to bet that I'm gonna get sniped in the last 10 seconds. Matter of fact, I'm kinda planning on it.

Ya'll were right, though. This woulda been a killer Fleabay find, what with the description and all.
