Yes it's Goncalo Alves, also that is a very good price for this cue. It plays very good also, traded up or this cue would still be in my collection.
 
i think i remember this at the BCA nationals last july in vegas. I was wondering buying it. I absolutely love the split diamonds. This is such a classy "sneaky"
