Nice Blackcreek. Has the cue been used and does it roll straight together and apart. From 1-100, what percent condition would you say this cue is in?

Yes the cue has bin used for about 10 racks then it was cleand and put away .......
Now the owner wants to sell it

I would say the cue is in 90-100% condition
