I woad put a price of $250 to $300 on this cue but it all deepens on the condition of it scraps nicks strait or not it all cums down to that

This cue is signe Blud on the forearm. Is this a Leonard Bludworth cue? I was told it was and just want to know for certain.

Leonard rarely signed his sneaky petes. Is there a red dot in the butt cap? He also used a .348 x 11.5 pin. He stopped making cues a year or so ago, but I heard he recently started making cues and building cue making machinery again.
