Bludworth SP, what's it worth

Anyone know how much a Bludworth Sneaky Pete is worth?
Just a plain jane sneaky with the Red dot toward the butt end, good condition, rolls straight, hits good.

No pics cause it's not my cue, a local guy is selling it to another with a crappy case for $150.00

:)

that seems like a fair price. I have one in 98+% condition that I would not sell. I think the red dot sneeky pete that Bludworth did was the purest form of sneeky pete ever done as the butt looks like a crappy house cue, and you have to look real hard to see that it is a two piece cue. Once cuemakers start putting joint collars on these cues, they just gave up the "sneeky". JMO - Danny

I would keep it. I think Blud might be giving the cue business up and opening a steak house in Texas. I would definately keep it. They sold for $200 with a custom cue and $300 alone. I probably worked on a couple hundred of them for him back in 2003.

A friend showed it to me a few weeks ago, I took a few shots and liked it, and all the sudded the other day I find out he is selling it to another friend for $150.00

If I would have known he was selling it, I would have picked it up.
I guess he figured I have enough cues or something? maybe my wife threatened him lol.:D

I don't know if the deal has gone down yet, I know the guy buying it lost $40.00 playing last weekend, and stopped cause he said he was saving up for the cue, that's how I found out.

If he does not come up with the cash maybe I can still snag it.

I like sneakies that look sneaky.

I agree with Purdman, I had one back in the early nineties and think I paid about $200. They were a good hitting cue. Don't know about Blud's plans, they could change as the wind blows.
