This should affect at least one person that posted on the other Blue Book thread.

I am one of the several people that pre-ordered the Blue Book III some 2 years ago (or was it 3). Throughout all of the delays and changes in responsibilities, I just assumed that if someone took my money from my credit card that I could kiss that money good-bye.

Well, my faith in pool players and the industry is restored. My Blue Book III was waiting for me at home. And quickly thumbing through it, I was even more pleasantly surprised to see one of my cues in there.

Thanks to everyone that deserves it.

Mine just arrived today and I have only been waiting since February.
Help us out with the page number to identify your cue.
Thanks

Anyone else find one of there cues in there? I had one in the Ernie Martinez section. :D Ebony six pointer into maple. In the color photos.

I ordered my blue book last week. I will let everyone know when it arrives.

Glad to hear you got your book Fred. Tell me, does it have all the old cues in addition to the newer makers? Was curious if it mentioned MF Cues? I have little use for one otherwise. Thanks

Rod

My Cue may also may be in the color section.

Did you order through the Blue Book Website or other? I ordered through Overstock.com and have not received mine as of yet.

Has anyone who ordered through Overstock.com and received their copy yet?

LOL!!! Truth be told, I can't remember. I ordered the first day I heard one was coming out. I think it was through the Blue Book Website, but it's been so long, I simply cannot remember.

He He no that's not what it stands for. I posted the cue some time back in the cue section. Joe from Classicues said it looks like a M&F or just plain MF depending on if Karl Meyer and Mike Fundunka made it or just MF if it was made by Mike Fundunka. It is a Spain fore-arm and has a large dia aluminum weight screw. It looks like a Palmer but I've never seen a Palmer like this plus the large dia weight pin points to M&F.

The joint is another give away in the fact the collar is pinned. Here is a pic of the forearm and another of the butt, which you've seen in the cue section. It says palmer since i haven't changed the description. The last pic is of an M&F cue butt. I have another somewhere showing the large diameter of the weight bolt which is like mine in the palmer butt photo. I also have another of just a MF cue butt.

I ordered mine from the Bluebook website and received it yesterday. My cue is featured in the color section. It was built by Dave Jones and is the bottom cue in the picture.

I'm so glad Davey got his cue in there (and you!) He does some beautiful work. Is his green one in there?

Yep, it is there. If you go to the cue gallery section, I had started a thread a while back called My New Dave Jones Cue. I posted several pictures of my cue and I also posted the picture that is in the Bluebook. It shows the green cue that belongs to Jeff J.
