I knew a Bob Carr from northern Virginia. He passed away about 6-7 years ago. Had a heart attack playing $100 one pocket at Fast eddies pool hall in Springfield Virginia. Just figured Id give this info as that's not a very common name.

There was a bob Carr that was a great member of our pool scene, he died playing a partners game at his favorite table an there is a plaque at the poolroom to this day.

I don't think he was ever a player of note, but his game was solid. He had a couple heart attacks before I knew him, so I really don't know if that resulted in a major change to his game.

Great guy, we miss him lots and still speak of him regularly.

Post some pics of the sticks and I think you'll get a definitive answer as to if they were his.

Here is the cues

I don't recognize it as one I did battle with, but I only knew him for like a decade and I am sure he played pool far longer than that.

Mihpght take a while, but I will show them to folks who would know better than I and I will share their thoughts.

Any idea when they were made?
