Bob Frey Sneaky Petes

Very nice looking Frey! It is cocobolo, bacote tends to be more yellowish in appearance. Cocobolo can range in color from that shade to much darker almost rosewood looking.
Told you it would be worth the wait!

Ok, just ordered a Frey Sneaky Jump Break from Jon. Quoted 4 week delivery.

Specs are:

Cocobola ( I like a heavier cue), Rambo ring, silver joint rings around cocobola joint, 12.75 shaft, linen wrapped, buffalo tip. Both joints 3/8th. I would have preferred a quick release at the jump joint, but Bob does not believe in these.

I'll post pics and a review when it arrives.

Thanks for the pics. I might have to get one of those to go with my scruggs, I have been thinking about upgrading my break cue. Anyway the wrap and ring are similar to my Scruggs playing cue, so it might be good to do. And the Frey connection to scruggs. So the cues wouldn't be a matched set or anything, but I don't really have to have that.

great cues

bought one of these from JP almost a year ago, Cocabola with linnen wrap. I don't think theres a better hitting cue out there for the money. Got mine delivered within two weeks of ordering it.
