A real Gentleman!
I called Bob inquiring about a basic sneaky pete. He called me back personally just a couple days later.
What a nice guy; we spent about 25 minutes on the phone discussing some non-pool related stuff and most of the time simple basics on a plain SP.
he stopped what he was doing to locate what I wanted; is turning down the shaft for me and getting it right out.
It was a pleasure speaking with him, and I'm sure I am only repeating many other members sentiments about him.
