Oops! For some reason the number 8 must have been stuck in my head.
It's a 6 point. Please pardon the stupidity.

Great cue from a real good honest seller. These Owen cues are really good ones and this is a steal. GLWS

I've seen this cue & hit a few balls & it's a very solid cue w/ really player friendly pro taper. Bob tapers his shafts with players in mind & I'm sure Gabe had some input.

Thanks Bob. I appreciate the kind words.
This really is an excellent cue.
I'm definitely impressed with Bob Owen cues!
Getting back with some people tonight.

Red? hmmm...if you say so. Do you have a matching case?

Awesome looking cue regardless of color. Love the ferrules.

Sly is great guy to deal with, too.

Thanks Jon. It's a red pink, not a true pink but closer to pink than red. Cue plays great.
Haha, as far as the case, I don't have one but everything else on the cue matches
I have never seen ferules like this but I like 'em.

Cue

First off, it is Shurtz (no c).
Second, 15.6 butt with 3.5 oz shaft is 19.1, not 18.9 like you said.

And third, Bob Owen is my cuemaker, and I have known him for over 25 years. I used to have an $1,100 Shurtz cue that Bob made, and I directly compared it to a $2,800 Southwest for playability. The hit was almost identical and feedback the same. There was an ever so slight difference in balance, and I like my cues balance better.

And lastly, This cue is a real good buy at $450, I would even say a bargain.

Thanks for the correction. Classes are slowly frying my brain.
I appreciate the kind words. This cue really does play jam-up.
No doubt that Bob Owen makes a great cue.
Alot of interest on this one.

HAHA. German Spelling. My idiot spelling maybe.
