When I was 15, approx 1992, a friend who was very good at pool told me he was driving down to Milwaukee to pick up his new Schon cue. When he brought it back I was done, I was in love. I knew I wanted one but there was no way I could come up with that much cash. Than I came across a used Nova that had the same script on the butt cap and thought I may have something used that I could afford that would shoot like my buddies new cue. Not so much, my plain jane Nova just didn't compare, but so be it, i was playing with a early 80's Viking at the time. Well dreams and years later I got a Runde Schon and no disrespect to Nova but Bob makes a piece of art that plays and feels amazing. Now I shoot with a Runde and absolutely love it and have at least one more on the way to go with my 2 Runde Schons and 2 Rundes. I highly recommend anyone who gets a chance to try one to do so, you just may never look for another cue, well we all know how that goes.
