Body English and Cue Ball "Steering"

If your body hits the table hard enough I think it will and can affect ball movement; therefore body english works.

Talking to the balls not a problem...If they start talking back though we may need to get you checked out.....???

At my age, body english makes me look like a beached whale trying to get back in the water. The balls pay absolutely no attention, but the roars of laughter from the spectators create soundwaves that actually change the path of the balls. IT WORKS!!!!! :D

Yes. Never follow straight through unless it is a straight in shot. In this case, follow through upwards, but try not to break the light. On a cut to the right, steer to the left, and vice versa. Before you complete the follow through, jump up (do not stay down) and apply some body English. Hopping on one foot helps on banks and slow-rolls.

A good defensive tactic is, while your opponent is about to shoot, do the booty dance in front of his pocket.
