Any players on this forum from Boise? Always looking for people to play with. If anyone in the area has a table to shoot on let me know! I am always up for some competition.
 
I was stationed in Mountain Home, ID which is about 40 minutes from Boise. I played in a lot of weekly tournaments there at The Pocket. I also played at Backstreet Billiards some. If you happen to see Josh Smith, Kings Santy, Jody, & Canada... tell them Roy says, hello!
 
I have been talking to Jody about puting a new tip on my cue but my friend told me not to go through him. Any suggestions?
 
I had a guy out in Nampa do some of my cue work but I don't remember his name. Jody is a good guy. Not sure why someone would say not to take it to him.

Ask him about the time he spotted me I think 30 balls in straight pool... I beat him 100 to 30 for a c note.
 
Haha I will! I just moved here myself. Jody now works out of Backstreet doing cue repair.
 
I have a buddy close to you, i think maybe 30 minutes away. Super cool dude, moved there about 2 years ago. He has my old Macon Billiards table in his garage and complains that he has no one to play with. Maybe I can set something up for you. He lives in Middleton, is that close to you??

Just checked Mapquest, Middleton if NW of Boise. Looks like maybe 45 minutes of a drive. I will call my buddy and if it is OK with him, I will PM his info to you.
