I just grabbed a copy of "The Green Felt Jungle", by Gerald Huber.

I think they have a few more copies available, but at a much higher price than I paid.

Biblio.com offers site-wide sales of 5-15% from time to time. The sellers are mostly small businesses, so far as I can see, including used book stores.

For good searches of the web, https://www.addall.com/used/ seems to look everywhere. The cheapest they show for Green Felt Jungle is $25 on Amazon.
