Alright well I have been floating along here with this cue for sale but I have now purchased my new cue so I need the cash from this one to help cover costs. Make me an offer, let me know whats going on! Its a custom Westin cue (westincues@gmail.com) with 2 shafts. First shaft is brand new and weighs 3.7oz with a 13mm diameter, the other weighs 3.6oz and is 12.9mm, it has a small amount of play on it. Both have moori m tips and short ivorine ferrules. The butt is in perfect condition, it weighs 15.2oz but I have 3 weight bolts that come with it changed the butt weight from 15.2oz, 15.8oz, 16.3oz and 17.1oz. The butt and shafts roll strait together and apart. The forearm is ebony with 6 high low rosewood points with 3 veneers on each point. southwest style ringwork at A,B and E. Cue retailed for $1495 but I paid $1050.

SOLD!!!

This is like the 4th thread in a week on this cue. Not that I care but why don't you just bump the others instead of creating another?

I believe the reason this cue is not moving is nobody knows who Dan Westin is.

You said a cue maker from Florida that moved and I live in FL and never heard of him.

Post a site to view his work or something..

Good luck on the sale. :)

Dan

I am new to this whole posting thread things. I pumped up on a few different ones over the past 2 weeks. This is the last one I am posting though. I cannot seem to locate a website for him but I did find his email and posted it on here. What part of FL are you in because he was in Tampa and didnt get bigger untill he already moved away. Either way, if this where a capone, southwest, coker or anything of the sort it would have been gone by now for closer to double what I have been asking. Whether you know the cue maker or not you can barely find a cue(minus a sneaky pete) with sharp points and 2 shafts for under 500. You can see the craftsmanship in the pictures. Its a great playing cue for whoever gets, if it wherent to the fact that I have been looking for something with a steel joint I would keep it. I appreciate the the good luck wishs and hopefully it sells, as I said someone will be very happy with this cue and in my opinion its a steal for 500.

It's a Phillipino cue SW style. It's worth new about 150.00 bucks. No dummy's here!!! I just wanted to give you no false hopes. That cue will sell around that money...

I thought it was

I thought I had a deal worked out with someone but it appears to have fallen through.

It's not

Concidering I saw him making this cue at different points in time during its creation I can safely say it was made here in the USA. Thats nice to look out for other azers and I respect that but don't assume just because thats what you believe.

One question, was the guy you saw making the cue a Phillipino or an American cuemaker. That ought to clear things up. Just trying to help.
Purdman :)

Let me help you bump all your threads on the same cue since you can't seem to pick which one you want to use. :)

how do you know its a phillipino cue? george

Well I'm not saying you didn't pay what you said for it but it looks just like those SW knock offs that where sold from some , I believe, Canadian company a few years ago for around 150.00 to 200.00. So unless you can confirm who made it and what you piad for it you're going to have trouble selling it for much more than that. Matter of fact it looks excatly like one I was looking at back then.
