Years ago, I heard that cuemakers got some good wood from bowling alleys. I know nothing about it, but saw this ad and thought I would share.

Depends how old the lanes are; not all were or are hard Maple. Lots of labor and little reward. Did somebody say: "Scrap or Crap"
