Box is Full ??????????

I have a problem , cant send or receive PM's , not even to moderator to fix it . I had 438 messages in the box this morning when I got up , and the box said 100% full . I deleted over 100 , and the box still said full. so I logged out and back in and the box still says 100% full . Hope someone will get ahold of moderator and help me . Thanks Jim

Maybe your Gold membership expired and your pm box storage dropped so now it's considered full? That's the only explanation I can think of..

This happened a couple yrs ago , nobody told me when to pay to renew , Now I see I have been dropped to silver . Still do not know how to get ahold of any one . ????????

You can renew your membership up top under the links tab, next to logout.
Click the LINKS tab, then under CONTROL PANEL it shows "Support AzB".

I think you can set it up so it automatically renews.

I just did that , couple yrs ago when they shut me off with out notice , everything was screwed up for days , and my pm's still do not go to my e-mail , like they used to . That was a great way to store pms .

I just paid so I wonder how long it'll be before its fixed . I figured it had something to do with Monstermash . :thumbup:

Looks like its fixed already , That is great service , but if they had a way of letting us know when , it never would have happend. jim
