Does anyone know what year the scuffer came into being, I know why it was created, but always have wondered when it first was sold.

I read a post (I'm pretty sure it was here at AZB) that gave alot (ALL) the info on BRAD Scuffers, like when they first appeared, how and where they are/were made and how to tell an old one from a newer one and such. I think that it was a link to a site that had/sold vintage pool items. Anyone remember the link or company ?
