Brand New Ariel Camilli "ac" Cue

Thats true...I have been reading this also. I have posted that if Tim_Hong wins the cue, I will indeed honor his spots because he has paid for them and I have not had any charge-backs.

BUT, if he does win the cue, I will be holding the cue for 35 days to assure that no charge-backs will bite me in the ass and I'm outta 240+ dollars.

I understand that it would be very bad even if he did win the cue. But if I pulled his spots, then the auction is 12 spots shy and I'm outta 240.00.

Do you think I should pull his spots and re-sell the 12 spots or what? I am open to all suggestions right now.

Any way it works out, you are going to lose by allowing him into the raffle. He wins, he gets cue and still the chargebacks will come from the rightful Paypal owners of the accounts he is using.

He loses, you still will likely getchargebacks. It appears he is using others paypal accounts. I would remove him from the list and resell those based on posted problems. Then credit back the money to the Paypal accounts he used. It is a NO BRAINER.


PS.. I do not have a dog in this fight and do not want any spots. I don't do raffles.
 
Throw the bum out and resell the spots.
One catch ...If my number hits this drawing I still WIN!! ;)
 
If you decide to resell some of those spots I would be interested. It is my understanding that it takes paypal a couple of days to transfer money from your bank account to your paypal account. That would be the only bad thing for me. I am willing to wait to keep a bum from participating.
 
I hadn't read anything about Tim_hong before this, but as soon as I saw how many spots he had purchased in this raffle I was suspicious. I say throw him out, especially if he used multiple addresses to pay for this raffle. Send the money back and we can wait. Better to have a legit raffle.

i don't mind having the raffle delayed, i don't know w/ the other guys, but i hate to see a nice guy being ripped off, take him off the list & i'll buy more spots if needed, better to be sorry now than later...

If you take him off, I'll take #42.
 
Try to contact him and see what he has to say(be interesting). If you don't accept his explanation, or he doesn't contact you, refund the money and put the spots back up for grabs.
 
pm me if you put his spots back up. Ill take another. With the powerball being tonight, have you reached a decision? I think people would understand waiting for a bit longer to resell the spots.
 
I have decided to Pull Tim Hongs spots and refund the monies. The raffle will have to be delayed now. There are 12 spots available for sale now. If anyone wishes to purchase any empty spots, please PM me ASAP. I hope everyone understands my decision and I will try my best to get the raffle filled to hold this thing for Wednesday's Drawing. OK guys...it looks like 9 spots are still available. If they are filled by tonights drawing, we will have a raffle. If not filled tonight, the raffle WILL go off on the next drawing of Powerball.

I am currently home and I will keep a close eye on the Raffle until 11pm. If all spots are sold before the PowerBall drawing tonight, then we WILL have anew owner tonight. I wish everyone good luck...and thanks to all for your understanding and support in my decision about Tim "ASSHOLE" Hong !!!

I have 3 spots un-paid and have no doubts that the funds are good. With that said, the raffle will go off tonight.

Cue will be shipped to the winner on Monday morning via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation and will be insured for the full value.
