Brand new Diamond table marking balls

I just got new pockets again for my Pro-AM.
They finally fixed the problem...I'm not getting any marks now,,,$300 for the pockets.

Diamond replaced my pockets. The marks started occurring again after a few months. However, these pockets are better. Before, at times it looked like someone just took a thick black marker and drew a line across some of my balls. Now it's occasional smaller spots and even more occasional small gashes. But it's still a pain.

Please share the details. Presume you purchased the new pockets from Diamond. Local dealer or direct? Do you have a purchase receipt you can cross out the personal details and attach a copy?

What do you mean by gashes?
 
How about some kind of leather treatment. The ball marks are a conspiracy to make the owner buy the Diamond Ball Cleaner (just joking).

I’m going to apply leather conditioner to mine .. will follow up.

Got from local dealer, who got direct from Diamond. I see them online for $250, but I would get direct from Diamond to make sure you get the latest pockets.
