Yes. JW "Pete" Petree has his shop out of Tulsa Billiard Palace now. He makes a damn fine hitting cue.

Ross, why are you selling it? (if you don't mind my asking)

It was designed and ordered by a friend of mine, and it took longer than quoted to make..... I know, go figure, right?

Anyways, my buddy sold his cue to pay for this one, and since it took quite a bit longer and he was without cue for a while, I gave him one of my cues that I knew he liked and decided to just go ahead and take this one... Now I really have no use for it. I figured I might as well do the right thing since I recommended Petree...

Might be interested in some trades....

This cue was in fact delivered late, for which I apologized and was not proud of. However, I wish I had gotten a phone call if JC was not happy with his cue. I would like to know why he did not want it, and have the chance to make it right if he thought something was wrong with it.

Secondly, I am not sure who is selling the cue, whether it belongs to Tom or JC, or someone else. Whoever it is, if you are interested in selling this cue back to me for the price I built it for, I would gladly buy it back today.

Please contact me at jwpetree@oklahomabilliards.com or call me at 918-398-3600 if interested.

Thanks,
JWP

JW - thanks for posting, however an apology is not necessary. I know that things happen and sometimes it takes longer to deliver a cue.

I don't know if you know who "Tom" is but he is a very good friend of mine who is a very good friend of JC's. JC was not happy at all about the time that it took to actually get the cue. A certain timeframe was quoted in order to deliver the cue. The time quoted was very short, so JC (being a college student who doesn't have hundreds to throw down extra) sold his cue in order to fund this one. He went without a cue for a long time and got very frustrated. An Omen cue, which he was very fond of and worth quite a bit, was given to him in place since he had nothing. He liked that cue better and turned this one over.

The fact of the matter is that JC called several times asking what was taking so long. That is the reason that he didn't want it anymore. There is a certain amount of time that someone is willing to give before they finally just throw in the towel. I guess it went past that.

The cue is VERY high quality, and I have nothing but praise about your craftsmanship. I have hit a few balls with it and am very impressed with your quality.

I hope this helps clear some questions you had....

I'll now post this cue up for $200 for the next 20 seconds. First one to send me a PM DELIVERED TO ME in the next 20 seconds will get this cue for $200 and I'll even pay shipping.

you just have to write and tell me why I should sell it to you for that amount as mentioned above, in no less than 500 words.

if you can write 500 words in 20 seconds, congrats!! this cue is sold
