Hi all,

I have to unload some of my collection to afford more luxury cues, and here is your chance to get a "brand new" Tad cue made by Tad Kohara. The cue weight 19.1 oz, comes with two 13.1mm shafts, angis ferrules, stainless steel joint ( 5/16X18), this cue is brand new, never chalked, and never played, its definitely a keeper. I'll upload other pics probably tommorow, the attached pix is the identical design of the cue I have handy.

I am asking $1685 includding the shipping through EMS ( worldwide), , if any interested, PM me or mail me at mauhua.tang@gmail.com, feel free to contact me should you have any inquiries. I had several smooth transactions with some AZ'ers recently, and they can vouch for my credibility.

Thanks

Matt

New TADs reasonably priced are hard to get a hold of these days. IMO, the weight of that cue is ideal. TAD's shafts are usually real nice. I've had straighforward dealings with Matt.

Nice looking simple Tad. Matt is a super guy to do business with. Always smooth with the $. Good communication too.

I got the exact cue this spring...

All -

I just got a TAD exactly like this one and I have been playing with it as my regular playing cue. I agree they are awesome players cue. I talked with J&J and she told me contrary to whats been posted that Tad K, still makes ALL of the cues and his son is still just working with him.

The only thing I would trade my TAD for is a higher end TAD or a Schick w/ veneers.

The TAD cues have perfect balance, and a little narrower butt. I really, really recommend if someone is looking for a great cue.

Open for questions from anyone.

Yup, can't agree more ,Ken. Tad is just the perfect cue for either a beginner or a pro player for its excellent playability, perfect weight and balance. I used to play a high end tad cue and just can't give it back to the owner, as far as I know there're still a great lot pro players in taiwan now stick to thier tad cues.

Bump!!

I am also looking for searing, Franklin era Sw or Sw cue, wellcome for the trade or partial trade.

Ill tell you one thing. If you get rid of that Tad you will regret it the rest of your life .I think they are great players cues and great investment pieces.I would reconsider letting that one go and pick out something else from your collection to get rid of.Nice cue and if I did not already have one just like it I would consider it.With Christmas and all ,funds are low or I would take it as a saver and investment piece. You have me thinking of what I can get rid of to get it.I will need to pass for now but dont take not 1 penny less then you are asking because it is worth every cent and more.I think the plain Tads like that are one of the best if not the best shooting cue ever made.

SUPER NICE CUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personally I believe Tad won't be making cues much longer, which is why I am keeping the ones that I have even though I need the money. Once he stops making cues I believe they will at least double in value, which is why I have never shot with them.

This is a little differnt

I called a friend of mine yesterday to see what he had for sale. He told me he had a Mottey cue that was a little rough but a super cue, but would need a refinish.

I asked him what he wanted for it cash, and he said he would rather have my Tad and would give me boot. I said I would rather give him cash, I would keep my Tad.

Usually it is the opposite.

Still working on getting the Mottey, I guess part of the fun.

Yup, Mr. Kohara is indeed master of master, its a loss to all the pool players if he retired from the front-line of cue making, all the cues he made are very collectable... again this is the only chance to get a true masterpiece with such affordable price, oh~did I mentioned that I am giving away a "brand new 2005 WPC limited edition cue case" (2B3S, w/strap, pouch, handle & shoulder pad) for free to protect this beauty during the shipping?:D
