break cue

i had a black one awhile ago, didn't really like it. the shaft has some kind of plastic coating on it, like a cuetec and it gets sticky. also the whole cue wasn't stiff enough, it felt too whippy. wasn't just the shaft, i felt it was a joint and butt problem too.
