As cue makers, what in your opinion would make the hardest hitting break shaft. Is it the wood, taper, ferrule, weight, tip or just a combination of all of them???

I make my break cues with a little stiffer shaft taper. Hard, flat tip (I prefer the one piece tip & ferrule combo). I personally believe it should weight about the same as your playing cue...JER
