Here is the video showing how easy it is to use the ring cutter and just how it works. "ALL WE ASK IS FOR A TRIAL.YOU BE THE JUDGE"

SPECIAL PRICE FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS $129.00 SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR

im not sure id have to have the cutter and the lathe at that point it could be figured out if you dont have any machine shop exprience you might see someone local and have them adapt it they shouldnt charge you that much.
and again you might be able to figure it out yourself but it shoulndt be that difficult thanks...lee

We just sold one last night i hope this video clears up any doubts
we also reduced the price to make it even more affordable.
the most important thing is keeping a sharp blade on the saw that makes all the differance. just last i cut aboout hundred rings both veneer and penolic they all came out super. and the time that is saved is unbelievable.

almost papaer thin 10 to 15 thds when using a parting tool to cut a thin ring the material gets hot and sometimes comes apart with the ring cutter its thru the wood before it even gets hot the blade that comes with it costs me almost 20.00 its a great cutting blade we have this on sale now
with free shipping its a great deal!!!

What is the thickness and the diameter of the blade? Will you sell just the blade and/or blade & arbor? Or let me know (PM) where I can find them.

Joe, that looks very much like what I made for my lathe a few years ago to cut thin rings.
I had to buy a dremel saw adapter just to get the arbor to fit their saw blades.
Your set-up looks good and the cost is less than what I spent making mine.

To those that doubt this set-up it does work as it is just like what I use.
A Dremel tool mounted on my tool post powering a small saw blade cutting into the rotating ring stock.
It does take some care to get everything aligned properly but once it is away you go.

lee dont stick your damn hand in there. we dont need another cuemaker loosing a thumb. we all have gotten a little too close at times. i dont like shaking hands with a thumbless man

LOL ... Believe me I give these power tools plenty of respect.
I'm to chicken even to use a table saw.

This stuff seems safe enough but actualy is very dangerious and can cause some serious injury.
All it takes is one little distraction and off you go to the emergency room.
