I believe he is having some health issues. That said, he was notorious for being "difficult" to reach and communicate with. Try calling his shop directly. I got ahold of him ONCE that way.

Didn't do any good though. He promised to send me out a replacement live center and never did.
 
pretty sure hes been on vacation for a couple of years now. He must be a gazillionaire

One of his last posts was that he is spending all his time at gun shows. He said something like "gotta go where the money is".

It was in the thread about live centers, I think? One guy here wanted him to make some more and he said he couldn't make them for a competing price anymore IIRC.

Hard to beat ol' Chris for being dependable, honest and helpful. He'll never steer you wrong. Todd Shultz is also a really great guy to deal with. :thumbup:
