That thing is kinda a pain in the a$$ to use.

Also, the fact that it is leather and won't harm the shaft in any way. The rubber insert also never dries out and cracks like the others.

It's an "Adjust-A Bridge". It's a great concept and the Diamond tables peoples use them for their bridges for now. They're soooo good, players are ripping them off right off the sticks, so Diamond is thinking about going back to the plastic bridges.
I googled, but couldn't find any website for them. But they are out there in stores! They cost about $40 a piece, IIRC.

Yes, They are rather pricey. It's like everything else though, if you love this came you are going to want the new gadgets that are available. They work well and are fun to use. I had them available for a while. In fact Mr Wilson got the last one I had for sale. I will be getting more shortly and will offer them again soon. I get $25 but like to offer them as an add on so there is no extra for shipping.

My buddy has one and he loves it. Personally I don't like them. I think the concept is good, but the device is crafted from mostly plastic parts. It wobbles when I try to stroke through it and I don't like that. I think if it were made of aluminum it would help the rigidity.

Once you get used to using it, it is probably the best bridge you will ever use. My only problem is, it is a little too bulky to carry around in one of the pockets on my cue case, so I end up carrying one of the moosehead type bridges.
I put mind in my lower pocket, leave the nub out and pull the zipper up to it. I only bring it out on league night for all to use. Also have one at my buddies house. We have the wheelie bridge also. Be careful of counterfits on them. The real ones have what I would call little metal hubcaps counterfits just rubber wheel, don't roll as well.
