This is the 3rd of three cases I've ordered from Jack. One for myself and one for two great friends of mine.

When it comes to doing business Jack has been a pleasure to deal with. Everything comes exactly as ordered and even more importantly on time or early.

I have dealt with many cue makers that could learn from Jacks business practices.
